தங்கள் வாழ்வையே கொடுக்காமல் ஒப்புரவுக்கு இடமில்லை என்பதை அறிந்து. அமைதி என்னும் கலையைக் கற்று, அதனைச் செயல்படுத்துவோர் கடவுளின் குழந்தைகள் என்று அழைக்கப்படுகின்றனர்.   அந்த அமைதி எப்போதும் எல்லா சூழ்நிலைகளிலும் கோரப்பட வேண்டும்.
